Nong is an Associate Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach. Her academic background includes a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University.

Nong is passionate about supporting individuals and couples on their journeys toward emotional healing, insight, and growth. Whether you’re navigating depression, anxiety, self-confidence concerns, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or life transitions, Nong offers a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for exploration, understanding, and transformation.

With compassion and curiosity, Nong helps clients understand how early experiences influence emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. She guides individuals in uncovering parts of themselves that feel stuck or conflicted, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and fostering deeper self-awareness and self-compassion. Through this process, clients build healthier thought patterns, shift long-standing relational dynamics, and develop greater emotional resilience.

Nong draws from a range of approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating attachment theory and nervous system regulation practices.

Nong would be honored to walk alongside you as you move forward with a greater sense of self, clarity, connection, and confidence.

Nong is practicing under the supervision of Chelsey Beauchamp, LPC.
