Ka’Necia is an Associate Professional Counselor with a background in school counseling. She has seven years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She  specializes in working with teens and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Her work is rooted in crisis intervention and stress management, and she offers virtual sessions only to provide accessible, flexible care.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Spelman College, her master’s degree from Mercer University, and her specialist degree from the University of Georgia. Her therapeutic approach is warm and client-centered, integrating solution-focused, reality-based, and cognitive behavioral techniques. She tailors her strategies to each client’s unique needs and experiences, adjusting as you go to ensure personalized, effective support.

At the core of her practice is the belief that healing begins with a strong, trusting relationship. She is here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and compassion as you work toward balance, growth, and wellness.
