Courtney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who creates a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges and discover new ways forward. She understands that beginning therapy takes courage and is passionate about walking alongside clients as they build healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and heal from past experiences.
She works with teens and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, codependency, trauma, and difficulties with communication and boundaries. Her work often focuses on helping clients uncover the underlying reasons for their emotions and behaviors, creating space for compassion, confidence, and the capacity to thrive.
With advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Courtney draws on evidence-based approaches to help clients restore balance, manage crises, and process trauma.
A graduate of Liberty University with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, Courtney is also a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS). Her experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings has equipped her to support diverse populations on their journeys toward healing and growth.
Courtney is also licensed in Florida and South Carolina for telehealth sessions.
