We know that these are difficult times and we are all carrying a lot. We think it's brave to reach out for support and care when you need it!
These groups will be short term (they might meet 1-3 times as needed and will meet for about an hour online) and are a place for you to just talk to other students and a trained leader about what you are feeling, thinking, and needing. You don't have to have anything planned to say, the leader will help ask questions and get the conversation going.
Sometimes just talking about big things helps us feel less alone and better able to manage the hard stuff. We would love to connect with you and hear how you are doing.
