Stress Management

Eric is a graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary where he received his M.A. in Counseling. While there, he studied neurological rehabilitation and specialized in working with clients who suffered from strokes, traumatic brain injuries and other neurological disorders.

In addition to his work in neurobiology, he also has experience working with adolescents, adults and couples across a wide range of other issues including depression, anxiety, abuse, addiction and trauma.

Therapeutically, Eric creates a space where his clients can explore some of their more private or complex challenges. He pulls from a diverse set of experience and training in interpersonal neurobiology, cognitive behavioral therapy and attachment theory to craft sessions that are tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Prior to his counseling career, Eric studied finance and music at Tulane University in New Orleans, where he spent time at a local hedge fund while studying energy and currency markets.

Eric is originally from St. Louis, MO. In addition to counseling, he also enjoys photography, music, hanging out with his wife and watching the Cardinals on tv. Eric is an associate member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia.
